ADA Build it Right is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. See some of the activities we have completed.

ADA Build it Right provides training on accessibility in the building codes (ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), ANSI A117.1 and the 2006 International Building Code). We focus on the local building codes and usability research.

ADA Build it Right was founded by Wayne Yarnall and Robert Yarnall in 2000.

Wayne (Vancouver, WA) has been active in disability advocacy for over 17 years in Corvallis, Oregon. Wayne is chairperson of the Clark County Citizen ADA Advisory Committee and a member of the Access Advisory Team for the Washington State Arts Commission. He is also a member of the International Code Council. See Wayne's Resume.

Robert is the Building Official and Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Goose Creek, SC. He holds CBO certification with the International Codes Council, is a member of the Building Official's Association of South Carolina, and the Coastal Codes Enforcement Association. He is active in the promotion of the Accessibility Chapters in the International Building Codes, working with architects, engineers and designers.

Robert is President of Heritage Construction Consultants, Inc., a consulting firm serving residential and commercial markets with accurate and timely information and concepts based on the specific construction methods regarding accessiblity.
