<P>This parking spot does not meet code since no access isle is provided. Before 
  the sidewalk was upgraded with a full width curb ramp it was possible for a 
  side lift van to use the sidewalk as the access isle. I am concerned with the 
  exposed curb to the right of the spot but it appears to meet code. It certainly 
  is a trip hazard. The curb is scheduled to be painted white or yellow.</P>
<P><B>Solution: </B>Move spot over to left and provide an access isle. See after
<A HREF="Case2A-Update.html">picture Case2A</A>.</P>
